WHO’S READY FOR OUR FIRST EVER BEER DINNER!?

We’re beyond ecstatic to present to you our CEREBRAL BEER DINNER! The celebration will be held on Thursday, September 24th at 8pm!

There will be 5 courses prepared by Chefs’ Dell Morris & Antonio Padilla to be paired with 3 scrumptious Cerebral Brewing beers and one craft cocktail concocted by the one and only Adam Fought! This will be a ticketed event with limited capacity, $85 per ticket! Courses listed below!

1ST COURSE:

Amuse Bouche

• Smoked Slab Bacon & Pineapple

2ND COURSE:

Melon Salad

• Watermelon, Compressed Cucumber, @crowsdairy Peppered Feta, Heirloom Tomato, Fennel, & Gremolata

• Paired with Cerebral’s Watermelon Sour Seltzer

3RD COURSE:

Seared Chula Scallops

• Charred Baby Corn, Baby Squash, Squash Flowers, Brown Butter Emulsion, Lobster Mushroom Dust

• Paired with Cerebral’s Wheels Up Hazy IPA

4TH COURSE:

Infusion Coffee Rubbed Prime NY

• @infusioncoffeetea Coffee, Wild Mushrooms, Potato Risotto, Bone Marrow, Red Wine Demi

• Paired with Adam’s Cocktail: Larid’s Bonded Apple Brandy, Fantino Barolo Chianto, Zucca Rhubarb Amaro, Damioiseau VSOP Rhum, Bechervoka & Foraged Pine Cone
